If group training isn't for you and you want all eyes on you, then this is the right option for you. It's best to book in for a free consultation with your potential trainer first to make sure you're both a good fit. We have a male and female trainer to choose from if you have a gender preference and we can be flexible in the training hours to suit your schedule.
