After procrastinating for quite a while about getting started on a fitness program and lifestyle change before I hit my 50s, I contacted Jason for advice and he worked with me to build a practical fitness and calorie management program including guidance about which mobile apps are helpful. Key objective was something that would fit into my daily schedule with achievable goals.
I was never especially sporty or interested in gym so this was also a lifestyle change for me. 8 weeks in and I am 2 stone down, working out 3-4 times a week and getting 10k+ steps in a day along with a simple calorie target with 1-1 customised sessions which have helped me achieve the goals I set out initially. Jason understood immediately what was required and worked with me to build the fitness plan and implement it. Jason has helped me make that change in lifestyle I had been putting off and now I feel confident and happy about the direction I am going. He's been so approachable and friendly throughout and really flexible, all at very reasonable rates.

I joined JMF classes and PT in June 2020 and immediately I felt part of a great little fitness community. Jason has created a welcoming and friendly environment which put me at ease from the first day. Jason has kept me accountable and has helped me build up my strength and fitness over the past few months and I have seen great progress not only physically but mentally. Outdoor classes are really fun and I can’t wait for the summer to arrive so we can get outside.
I have had multiple trainers in my life and by far Jason is the best. He makes working out fun and is very knowledgeable about training - he isn’t one of those who thinks they know more than a dietician or a doctor! He never judges and makes you feel very comfortable while pushing you always to succeed! I don’t often write reviews but I think when it comes to your mental and physical health heading into the new year; it’s good to know your options. I would highly recommend!
